At Nathan James, we offer a 90-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your home furnishing purchase. If your new furniture doesn't fit your space perfectly, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges to help you build your dream home.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place it back into its original packaging with all hardware and instructions included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
